The finalists, judges and Startup Victoria organising team
On February 22nd this year, we were one of four pitching for the Climate Tech prize at Startup Victoria's first live event since the Covid lockdowns.
With over 60 submissions, and 7 in the semi-finals. We were excited for the opportunity to pitch to a judging panel of four with an audience of 130+. However, it was a bit different from Zoom, yet great to share OPO, our vision and approach to market success.
One of the judges first comments was: 'I used to be an architect; I know these problems - we need this tool'. We couldn't have asked for a better first response!
Then with two VC's on the panel, we were glad to receive the prize with further acknowledgement our solution can have global impact.

Climate Tech Win!!
The prize pack will boost our business, with us joining the Stone & Chalk team for a residency in their Docklands Hub venue. Fantastic to be part of their ecosystem, and the additional support they provide to startups. There is also one-year free subscription to Cake Equity to manage the cap table and raises.
We're excited for the year ahead for Climate Tech and the environment, with nights like this validating the business opportunity that exists for startups to make profitable businesses which benefit nature!
On February 22nd, we won the annual Startup Victoria Climate Tech pitch to a live audience
